The build quality is excellent for the price, the hard-shell polycarbonate feels tough yet surprisingly lightweight, and it has survived multiple rough handlings by airport staff without a single crack. The wheels are buttery smooth (even on cobblestone streets in Europe, it rolled like a dream), and the telescopic handle locks solidly with no wobble.
Zippers are heavy-duty YKK, the interior organization is practical with good compression straps, and the expandability feature saved me on the way back when I over-shopped. I went with the white color and yes, it gets a few scuffs, but they wipe off easily and it still looks sharp.
Honestly, for the money, it punches way above its weight. I’m very satisfied and would happily buy another Kroos in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it if you want reliable luggage without spending a fortune! 👍
